چکیده

In mammals, the kidneys originate in an embryo from mesoderm through three excretory organs, namely: Pronephros, Mesonephros, and Metanephros. After formation of Metanephros is completed, begin to form nephrogenesis mesenchymal cells located at tip ureteric bud, that contribute glomerulus Renal tubules. The stages albino mice age 14 19 days gestation were studied. It was obtained after sacrifice expectant mother excised embryos fixed using Aqueous Bouin's solution, Microscopic slices with a thickness 6 microns then made paraffin method photographed by camera for microscopic imaging. Histological measurements performed on them program IMAGE J analyzed statistically SPSS program.
Results current study showed presence five formation, namely, renal vesicle, which represents first stage nephron glomerulus. This followed Comma shape stage, S-shaped Capillary loop finally Mature surrounded capsule, known as Bowman’s capsule being part Malpighian or corpuscle. statistical analysis there significant differences between average diameters glomerular development stages, mature larger diameter than rest stages. aims determine histologically measure its Mus musculus.

The Maternal Effect Genes UTX and JMJD3 Play Contrasting Roles in Mus musculus Preimplantation Embryo Development

During the process of embryonic development in mammals, epigenetic modifications must be erased and reconstructed. In particular, the trimethylation of histone 3 lysine 27 (H3K27me3) is associated with gene-specific transcriptional repression and contributes to the maintenance of the pluripotent embryos. In this study, we determined that the global levels of the H3K27me3 marker were elevated in...

Gastrulation in Mus musculus (common house mouse)

As mice embryos develop, they undergo a stage of development called gastrulation [7]. The hallmark of vertebrate gastrulation [7] is the reorganization of the inner cell mass [8] (ICM) into the three germ layers [9]: ectoderm [10], mesoderm [11], and endoderm [12]. Mammalian embryogenesis [13] occurs within organisms; therefore, gastrulation [7] was originally described in species with easily o...

Ontogenesis of serum esterases in Mus musculus.

INTRODUCTION Electrophoretic techniques by which mixtures of isoenzymes, and homologous proteins generally, may be resolved have become valuable tools in developmental biology. They make possible the study of development at the molecular level, in the sense that the differentiation of protein patterns underlies ontogenetic changes and tissue differences. The greater successes of this approach h...
